A Heartfelt Nomination Process
Discover what makes "The Prestigious International Hope Book Awards nomination process" special. We focus on the message, the healing impact, and the hope an author brings to the world, not on sales numbers or industry politics. Join us in honoring stories of hope worldwide.

What Makes Our Nomination Process Different?
Our nomination process is special because we evaluate stories by their heart and healing impact — not by sales or popularity. Most book awards judge based on big publishers, marketing budgets, mainstream visibility, and hype or trends. We judge based on "Emotional Impact, Healing Power, Authenticity, Courage, Spiritual and Personal Significance, and the Hope it will plant in readers' lives. This makes our awards more Personal, Meaningful, Compassionate, Fair, and aligned with Purpose. Our Entire process is Infused with Empathy, Integrity, and Intention.
"Not Bureaucracy."

Who Can Nominate a Book?
The ideal person to nominate a book is someone who truly believes that the story carries hope, healing, and emotional impact — regardless of their role or connection to the author. Your awards are unique because they invite nominations from the heart, not just from the industry.
Ideal nominators include:
- The Author Themselves: Because they know the purpose behind the book, the heart of the message, and the impact they hope to make.
- A Reader Deeply Touched by the Book: Sometimes the people most qualified to nominate a book are the ones who felt its message in their soul.
- Counselors, Coaches, Ministers, or Mentors: Professionals who use books to guide or support others.
- Family Members or Friends of the Author: Especially when they’ve witnessed the personal journey behind the book.
- Anyone Who Believes the Book Will Bring Hope to Others: This opens the door to librarians, book clubs, teachers, pastors, group leaders, nonprofit workers, survivors, and anyone who values healing literature.
In a nutshell: The ideal person to nominate a book is anyone whose life, heart, or purpose has been touched by its message — whether they wrote it or simply believe it deserves to shine.

- Choose the Category That Best Fits the Book: Review the official award categories and select the one that matches the book’s heart and message. Pick the category that reflects the core purpose of the story — not just its genre.
- Prepare the Author and Book Information: You will need the author’s full name, book title, publication year, brief synopsis, genre or category, and contact information.
- Provide a Digital Reading Copy: The judging panel must be able to access the book. You may submit a PDF.
- Write a Short Reason for the Nomination (optional but powerful): Explain in 2–4 sentences why you believe this book deserves recognition.
- Complete the Official Nomination Form: Fill in all required fields, including author details, book details, selected category, uploads or links, your contact information, and agreement to the evaluation terms.
- Confirm and Submit: Double-check that all fields are accurate, ensure the book file or link is functional, and make sure your email address is correct. A confirmation email will be sent once the entry is received.
- Await Judging & Results Announcement: The judging panel will read and evaluate the submission, score it based on emotional impact, message, and hope theme, determine finalists and winners, and announce results on the official website and social platforms. Authors will receive an email with results and next steps.
Choose the right category, submit the book and details properly, and share why the story matters — that’s all you need to successfully nominate a book.

Addressing Your Concerns
The biggest concern we hear is, “Is my book (or the book I’m nominating) good enough to be considered for an award?” We want to reassure you that what matters most in the Prestigious International Hope Book Awards is not how well-known you are or how many copies you’ve sold — it’s the message of hope your book carries, the impact it has on readers, and the courage it took to write it.
We honor books for their power to heal, their ability to encourage, their emotional and spiritual impact, and their message of resilience, faith, and hope—not for fame, follower counts, sales, big publishing contracts, or industry hype. If your book can help someone, it is good enough to nominate.
